Anhui Heroprene Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 and it in Chuzhou, An’hui province, with a production area of 25,000 square meters. The company is a professional manufacturer of thermoplastic elastomer TPV, TPE and TPR with more than 20 years’ experience in R&D, manufacturing and selling. These materials were widely used in medical, tools, consumer products and automotive and the annual production capacity is up to 20 thousand tons. Heroprene now has 26 R&D technicians, including 23 full-time R&D staffs, 2 doctors, 3 masters and 15 undergraduates.

With strong technological force support and aimed to the high level market, the extrusion low VOC and low odor TPV，which is developed by Heroprene, is widely used in automotive sealing strip, automotive windowpane run channel, automotive dust cover, automotive bellows, etc.

 

And also Heroprene developed the low odor, high elasticity and high tensile TPE materials, which is widely used in automotive interior, construction and transportation, sports goods and food and medicine, etc.

 

The company was awarded “vice chairman of the China thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) Specialized Committee,National high-tech enterprise and thermoplastic elastomer Engineering Research Center”, and has more than 50 invention patents.
